The parish church was built between the 12th and 13th centuries, at the origins of the settlement that led to the birth of the village. Extensively remodeled in 1678, it retains the original layout with three naves and in particular the wall texture of the three apses in brick and white sandstone. Inside, the left apse features a fresco of considerable importance dated 1474 and signed by Manfredino Boxilio. It depicts the client Oriana di Campofregoso, lady of Novi, Saint Anna holding the Virgin and Child in her arms, Saint John the Baptist and Saint Margaret.
