In Plau am See, you have a fascinating view of Germany's seventh-largest lake from the new observation tower. The lighthouse, with a total height of 13.5m, now welcomes all guests as they enter the Müritz-Elde-Wasserstraße from Plauer See. From land, visitors can climb the new tower and enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of Plauer See, the Müritz-Elde-Wasserstraße, and the climatic health resort from the observation platform located at a height of 8m. Access to the pier is via a bridge in front of the water police station.
The tower is open daily in summer and on weekends in winter.
