This adventurous footbridge bridges the Michelbach (not the Lahn!), which flows into the Lahn at this point at the Lahnknie. Although the footbridge is in need of repair, it is solid and easily walkable. Wildly romantic paths along the banks of the Lahn, which are not marked in Komoot, lead there.
