Mill De Witte Juffer is a flour mill from 1841 on the Biestraat in IJzendijke. It is a round stone mill with a radius of 23.90 meters. The mill was built as a ground sailor. The mill was later raised to become a tower mill.
This mill is the only upper mill in the Netherlands with a Flemish roof. The mill is owned by the municipality of Sluis and can be visited every Saturday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
