In a small southern square there is a bronze sculpture of one of the greatest contemporary writers. It was baptized "Piazzetta dello writer": it is located in the open space located in the heart of the old historic center of Agrigento, between via Atenea and the San Francesco stairway where the statue dedicated to Andrea Camilleri, the author from whom it is deals with the beloved series "Inspector Montalbano"
