The small parking lot is located on the Ottensener Trift directly at the railway crossing near Heitmannshausen. Access should be from the B73, as the road over the railway tracks is a one-way street in the direction of Buxtehude.

Hiking

The W4 "Neuklosterwanderweg" hiking trail also runs through here, and at almost 13 km, it is highly recommended. The parking lot is also a good starting point for the hike.
