Hiking
To allow ships to pass, the central section rotates 90 degrees. Opened in 2000 as Vietnam's first swing bridge, it remains, along with the Dragon Bridge, a landmark of the city. At night, it is spectacularly illuminated. The rotation maneuver usually takes place at 11 p.m. on weekends.
