Hiking
After Clemens August died in August 1761, the Hirschberg hunting lodge was only used rarely by his successors and then not used at all. Between 1802 and 1810, the dilapidated hunting lodge was finally demolished. In 1826, on the advice of the district administrator, the gate was transported to Arnsberg to save it from decay. There it was rebuilt and renovated on the Schlossberg.
