This fitness trail is about 12km long. Has good exercises with descriptions that everyone can do at the individual stations. There is a small outdoor gym in Langenfeld. set up. If you like, you can have a coffee etc. directly on the way in Langenfeld. to buy. There is also a pizzeria to stop off at in Sugenheim at the start or end point. But you should take a good look at the directions. otherwise you will not find all exercises the same.
