A visit to the café in the Bürgerpark is worthwhile for all hikers and cyclists who fancy a break. For children there is a playground with attached water paddling area, very popular! In addition, when the weather is nice, the park turns into a single sunbathing area.
It's a pity that some users know how to get their provisions into the park, but not how to take the leftovers of their stay with them on the return journey.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the Rudolf Oetker Hall, the Bürgerpark bears the unofficial nickname Oetker Park. It dominates the west of the city and offers plenty of space for walks, picnics and other leisure activities with its large pond, rose garden and water playground.
