    Hiking

Coming from the UT24, you drive left over the Temple Mountain road onto the Goblin valley road. From there, after a short time, an easy-to-navigate dirt road branches off to the right and leads to the parking lot at the trailhead.
There is plenty of parking here.

From here, a trail branches off that leads down into the Wash and on the other side up the Slickrock to the Wild Horse window.
