Hiking
Neuwelt halt was opened on June 1, 1898. On November 1, 1814, it was dedicated to the station. After Neuwelt was incorporated into Schwarzenberg in 1919, the station was renamed Schwarzenberg-Neuwelt on July 1, 1921. In 1933 it was downgraded to a bus stop, in 1950 it was upgraded to a station and in 1969 it was downgraded to a bus stop. At today's station, the former station building is still there. It can be reached via the valley road.
In the timetable, regional trains run every hour, with the majority of trains going to and from Zwickau/Johanngeorgenstadt.
