Mountain biking

Technical & Thrilling (for me read "scary") steep drop through the trees, pleny of rocks, ruts, roots and drop-offs. Exactly as described above cuts across the golf course about 3/4 of the way down and a jump out into the road if you're brave (unlike me).

Turn down here for a quick section of wooded single-track. it spits you out on the fairway so watch out for flying balls. there is then another quick section that has a genuine sting in the tail with a drop off just before you fly out onto the road....watch out!
