A beautiful spot for a villa. Unfortunately, it's completely fenced off, totally run-down, and uninhabited. With some money and time, someone could create their own paradise here again.

This villa was already abandoned when we first visited the area (2009). We never found out why that was. However, the coastal path is accessible.
