Now a suspension bridge spans the small valley, which should best be crossed in pairs (signpost) - but it has been proven that it also works as a loner. Nice connection of the paths along the Levadas Nova and dos Tornos.

Before the bridge, the path is no longer difficult and not so easy to walk. You have to fight your way through the thicket and it is sometimes dangerous because it seems that it has not been used any more. Fallen trees block the path, but we fought our way through.
