taking the path from Sant'Anna is definitely better, the first stretch is nice, then about 350m of madness for the MTB, the path is good but on foot, not with a bike (at least for me), then from the house of the scuffle onwards , everything changes and becomes a very long descent towards Capriglia with some very steep points but without particular dangers .... beautiful!
