Hiking
For the sightseeing of Olympos, one should take plenty of time. From 300-200 BC to 1300 AD, many cultures, starting from the Lycians through the Romans to the Byzantines, were here and were formative. The many sarcophagi are impressive.

Well-preserved ancient city with ruins from the Roman and Byzantine times. Certainly very crowded in summer. We were there in November and had the ruined city with the beach almost to ourselves. There are also many blooming cyclamen along the way.
