The park is shaped like a “Haliotis Parvus”, the scientific name for a snail with logarithmic spirals that shows the growth rates in its shell. The park is located in an old quarry in Collserola, a more than perfect place to enjoy nature. It has a few wooden tables, a water fountain, and good views of the city. In front of the rest area, or picnic, there is a sign that explains the geological composition and characteristics and its exploitation, etc.
