Here the Delme, which gives its name to the city of Delmenhorst, appears for the first time on the surface. The spot is marked by a boulder, the plaque of which points to the 44km long course of the river to Ochtum. According to the information board on site, the source site was redesigned in 2004, but the boulder dates back to 1982.
