Paris-Austerlitz station, commonly referred to as Gare d'Austerlitz, is one of the seven major terminus stations in Paris (France). It is located in the 13th arrondissement, on the left bank of the Seine and handles 25 million travelers a year, about half the number of Gare Montparnasse.

The name of the station refers to the Czech town of Austerlitz (Slavkov u Brna), where Napoleon Bonaparte won a victory over numerically stronger Austrian and Russian armies on December 2, 1805 (Battle of Austerlitz). Previously it was called Gare d'Orléans.
