Access is via the D 751, left bank of the Loire, 700 meters downstream from the Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire. Two marked trails (red: 2 km and green: 0.8 km) from the car park.
Sensitive natural area, the Île de la Folie is one of the most beautiful alluvial forests of Loir-et-Cher, thanks to its great wealth of fauna and flora. Free visit (presentation panel at the entrance to the site).
