Cycling

The hamlet of Grögling, which consists of only a few houses, belongs politically to Dietfurt and was an important place in the Middle Ages: the Counts of Grögling-Dollnstein resided here in the 12th century, a moated castle has been documented since 1108. The church, picturesquely situated on the Altmühl, is dedicated to the martyr brothers Johannes and Paulus and has a simple high altar with a Nazarene painting and next to it, from the 16th century, the figures of the church patron.
