The church is located in the heart of Aarhus, just 100 meters from the train station. The largest Catholic congregation in Denmark with members from 80 different countries is at home here.
The church, built in Gothic style, dates back to 1880. The tall, slender forms, the pointed arches in the windows and portals, the buttress arches over the side aisles, the lattice work of the windows and much more are striking. The exterior of the church is essentially the same as it was in the 19th century. Inside, however, the church has changed considerably over the years.
