Planning your visit requires careful consideration for this demanding trail. The ascent to Monte Cornetto includes particularly strenuous sections. Be prepared for a brief exposed point and a steep scree section during the descent from Monte Cornetto. Good physical fitness, sturdy hiking shoes, and prior alpine experience are highly recommended to safely navigate these parts of the route. Ensure you carry enough water and supplies for the full duration.
