The spring with a source of mineralized marinogenic water of sodium - chloride chemical composition containing hydrogen sulfide is modified, covered with a shingle roof, lined with natural stone. It got its name thanks to its scent, resp. rather an odor that resembles a spoiled egg. The odor of spoiled eggs is caused by hydrogen sulfide (sulfane), which is formed by biogenic reduction of sulfates, which are formed by oxidative degradation of dispersed sulfide sulfur, especially pyrite in flysch sediments.
