The small, single-storey solid building with a steep, wide saddle roof is the former hat house of the Junge Haase mine, whose mining activities on the Haasner Flacher and Jung Haasner Flacher ore veins from 1528 to the middle of the 18th century are documented. The quarry stone building, which was built around 1720 and has not changed much, is completely boarded up, with a transverse support for the ground floor and a longitudinal support for the gable surfaces.
