Cycling

The church, a branch of Cobbel, burned down on August 24, 1857 and was rebuilt in brick in a neo-Gothic style by 1860. What is particularly striking is the tower structure made of red bricks, consisting of the church tower and two slender stair towers adjacent to the south and north, which clearly tower over the church tower. The two staircases seem almost oriental. Experts believe that the eastern part of the church with the church tower was clearly based on the monastery of Our Lady in Magdeburg.
