Anyone who knows the Carinthian lake district knows that there are not many free entrances to the lakes.
At Faaker See there is the entry point on the Siedlerstrand and another on Egger Seeuferstraße and the point described here on the peninsula.
This can only be reached on foot. Passage is permitted for residents who own private land there - but not for tourism.
