The Puente de los Franceses (French Bridge) is an imposing historic arched bridge, built of brick and granite, that spans the Manzanares River with five distinctive semicircular arches. It was erected between 1860 and 1862 and owes its name to the French engineers who designed it.

Located in the vicinity of the Príncipe Pío station, this viaduct was built between 1860 and 1862 to allow the passage of the Northern Railway at its intersection with the Manzanares River. It owes its name to the nationality of the engineers who devised the project, of French origin.
