Hiking

This is the highest burial mound in Krakow. The mound is freely accessible and only about a 15-minute walk from the zoo. It's a beautiful moment when, as you climb, you suddenly see the treetops and this magnificent panoramic view opens up. A well-maintained park with shelters and a playground surrounds Kopiec Piłsudskiego. Highly recommended!

The highest of the mounds in Krakow. On a beautiful day you can see the whole Tatra Mountains. Beautiful view of the city and unfortunately the smog over the city. A visit to the mound can be combined with a visit to the Zoo, which is nearby.
