In 1595 the neighboring castle mill also belonged to the so-called Flörsheimer Schlösschen.
Extensive destruction of the castle in the Thirty Years War (1618-1648).
Completely destroyed after 1787.
Remains of the curtain wall of the moated castle and Renaissance parts in the courtyard from the 18th and 19th centuries are still sparsely preserved. In the building on the left, the windows adorned with the coat of arms with the year 1595 are still preserved.
