There are actually two train stations in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. The above, on the standard gauge in the direction of Stralsund, and the station on the narrow-gauge railway Putbus - Göhren, the Rasender Roland. If time permits, a ride on the narrow-gauge railway is a highlight. Steam locomotives still run here every day.

Quasi the main station of Binz with long-distance and local traffic connection with connections to Berlin, Stralsund and Rostock. The station building is in tact. Catering is also available on site. The station forecourt looks very well maintained.
