This splendid lake is located near the Valcanale car park, where the paths for hikers begin. The lake normally freezes in winter, while in summer it is extremely busy.

Hiking
Valcanale is a quaint mountain village with this beautiful mountain lake at the end of it. Benches, a well-tended meadow, barbecue areas and crystal clear water definitely invite you to take a long break. There is also a bar by the lake. A wonderful place!
