Hiking
Right in the heart of Aachen, where the Cathedral shows off its chocolate side, lies the enchanting Münsterplatz. It's the ideal place to relax outdoors in the sunshine at one of the beautiful cafés or restaurants and enjoy the special atmosphere of the old town.

Hiking
Of course, the cathedral square is named after the cathedral of Aachen, the cathedral, whose different structural elements can best be recognized from here. But it is also a central place of Aachen's old town with cafes, and ice cream parlors and often weekly market stalls, on the warm season almost always play street musicians.

Hiking
The central place in Aachen, next to the market square. There is always something going on here. Street musicians, cafes, ice cream parlors, and people on their way to and from the cathedral.
