Gut Umschoss was built in the 1930s and was last expanded to include various farm buildings in the 1980s. As of today, the property includes a representative mansion with a spacious park, a three-winged farmyard, the warehouse and stables to the west as well as a farm workers' house. There is also a pond, a riding hall, a wooden shed and a chicken coop.

Noteworthy is the Walnussallee on Gut Umschoß between Franzhäuschen and Seligenthal. The tree ensemble is mainly on private land, only three or four of the green giant right and left belong to the city of Siegburg, which in detail, but no one can say right away. If you want to be sure, you should only pick up the nuts from the road, and the road is open to the public, even if only for residents.
