The hope for a better life someday, but never really attainable, is underlined in red like a kilometer marker in an unknown land.
Language and cultural differences, broken families: our immigrants have crossed more borders than we will ever realize.
The superstructures of the Ravel draw wooden structures without a roof, houses without walls, endless stairs.
