Šumarev grob is not actually a grave. It is the place where Albin Leustek, the director of the Zagreb Forest Office, wanted to be buried. However, his family placed the remains in Šestine, below the mountain. The location is marked by a commemorative stone, a few meters from the spring of the stream Bliznec, whose waters spout from beneath a 12 m high rock.

Hiking

My favorite place on Medvednica. It's never crowded, always in the shadow and with a water sprint. A little and cute oasis between Puntijarka and Runolist. And it's not actually a grave :D
