Visited here on May 2nd and had a superb toasty and top notch coffee. Warning to road bike riders that the only paved road is via Shoreham, Komoot route I plotted sent us up The Bostal from Upper Beeding which is not rideable on a road bike, it would be tough enough on an MTB!
