Hiking
This hunter's hut with fire pits, various counters (deer troughs) outside, wood supply and commemorative plaque for the local hunter "Grete" Bittelmann is impressive. There is a huge smoke vent in the roof, so that the building is an ideal place to smoke for the hunters' guild, but it probably offers less protection from the weather on a rainy night.

Hiking
"Dear hiker,
if you're resting here after your hike and enjoying the peace of the forest, please consider giving a few thoughts to our Grete.
She deserves it!"
🌼 We did just that 😉
A beautiful and well-maintained rest area 👍

Cycling
Shelter in a secluded area, in the middle of the forest. Easily accessible by bike or on foot.
Well-maintained, with a great place to build a fire inside or outside.
