This North London suburb is often nicknamed 'Little Cyprus' or 'Palmers Greek' due to its population of Greek Cypriots. As well as the usual chain eateries and coffee houses, the high street is full of good independent restaurants, with cuisine from all over the world. Notably, there are several great Turkish and Greek restaurants.
