Hiking

The plague column on Wohldenberg is the oldest surviving wayside shrine in the Hildesheim district. On it you can recognize the baby Jesus, the apostles Peter and Paul, as well as Mary. Except for the year 1518, the inscriptions in Gothic script are barely recognizable.
Further information can be found in the flyer "Pilgerweg am Wohldenberg", which you can take with you from the display board at Hutewald.
