A little to the east off the Rur is the Linnich district of Tetz. The river then passes through Floßdorf and Rurdorf in the Linnich area and then flows through the town of Linnich itself, which is on the left in the core, and then past the district of Körrenzig; the Rur was renatured on this last stretch of land.
