The beautiful town of Nabburg with its city walls and the tower of St. John's Church can be seen from far away. A visit to the old town is worthwhile; there is a lovely walk along the wall, lovely cafes and beautifully decorated historic houses.

The historic town of Nabburg exudes a very special charm. Even from afar you can see the tower of the parish church, affectionately called "Cathedral" by the locals. Fascinating impressions of the medieval townscape are offered by a city tour through the old streets or along the Zwinger circular path along the almost completely preserved city wall.

The medieval town of Nabburg, with its architecture, offers a glimpse into times long past. The historic old town and the almost completely intact town wall, with its Mähntor and Obertor gates, are landmarks of the town's medieval importance. The Dean's Tower, the Old Town Hall, the Citizens' Hospital, the parish church, the Powder Tower, the castle courtyard, the Schmidt House, and the Zehenstadel (tithe barn) are further testaments to the past.

It's well worth taking a leisurely stroll through the town.
