Mountain biking
After a speedy descent through the trees, you burst out into the open and the awe-inspiring Valley of the Rocks opens up before you. Although this segment is largely on tarmac, the expansive vistas and nerve-wracking sheer drop to the crashing waves below (you'll have to walk your bike to get close enough for this) will more than make up for it!
