Road cycling
New (2020) connection road between the Doha and Shehihaniya area, finally enabling to ride between both w/o getting onto the Dukhan highway. From here loops to the Shehaniya Diamond, The Camel Racetrack, Zekreet, up to Ruwais and around back to Al Khor are all possible.
The road itself is new and excellent (2020) in the Eastern 1/3. The middle bit and Western 1/3 are old and bumpy, but free of pot holes or other unpleasantries.
