The property with several dilapidated buildings is located directly on the Stienitzsee. Access was previously possible from the road to the Stienitzseequellen. Could have been a former holiday property during the GDR era.

As we walked past we could see 2-3 large ruined houses. The property seems to be quite large & has been lying fallow for a long time. Information on the background of this could not be found ... 🤷‍♂️👋

The property with the dilapidated buildings was probably once the holiday home on Lake Stienitz. I lived there with my family as a child. My parents were the home managers for several years. The property belonged to the LIW at the time.
