Like the churches of Büllingen, Amel, Thommen and Neundorf, the Manderfeld parish church may have been built on the foundations of a Franconian royal court.
The parish church is a single-nave quarry stone building from the 16th century. The west tower is much older. The coat of arms of the Trier Elector Richard von Greiffenclau (on the outside of the tower) indicates a foundation.

This Way of the Cross consists of 14 stations, 13 of which are carved in bas-relief in pillars of red sandstone.
The fourteenth station is a more elaborate representation depicting Christ lying asleep, with the busts of the Dormouse of Ephesus in the background.
This fourteenth station is housed in a small chapel.
The stations, executed in a naive country baroque style, were installed in 1765 and surround the former cemetery of St. Lambert's Church.
The donor's name is engraved on the back of the pillars.
The ensemble was classified as a monument in 1990.
