Shaken properly, it goes from the dirt road directly into sandy terrain. Horses and riders feel comfortable here and can then wade through the refreshing narrow floodplain. For gravel bikers there is a lot of dirt and the challenge to arrive at the small bridge without stopping.

Next to the narrow bridge, a jetty with access to the water invites you to cool your feet.
A lovely place to take a break...even if the path is extremely sandy in places (it's a bridle path, after all, so all cyclists should be considerate of horses and riders).
