Hiking
The costumed woman looks out over the sea where she once expected someone to never return. To commemorate the drowned Scheveningen fishermen, and also the Scheveningers who perished in the Second World War as part of the Royal Navy and the merchant navy. (There is also a saying, "If you light your cigarette with a candle, a sailor will drown.")
