Hiking

After a strenuous hike through the mountains, the moor landscape is a nice change in terms of landscape and walking. Sometimes you go over wooden boards so that you arrive at your destination with dry feet. Very nice and a great change!

Hiking

My favorite time to hike here is in the Fall. Not too hot, great Fall colors and every now and then you get a peek at the surrounding snowcapped mountains. In the Winter it's a snowshoe trail and Spring/Summer are also great but expect a very muddy/wet trail!
